Crosswalks

So at one time or another we all have had or will have the pleasure of utilizing those magical things called crosswalks. What I mean by this is we will all stand on a side walk inbetween two little lines waiting for traffic to let us walk to the other side of the street.
Now it’s law that pedestrians have to cross inbetween these two little lines, and vehicles are supposed to stop and allow them to cross.
Key word supposed to.
You might be thinking Meghan, that’s what those lights are for silly. No. No they are not because as soon as that little guy pops up telling you to walk traffic from the opposite direction comes. So basically how I see it is, crosswalks are kind of like a live game of frogger.
Except if the car hits you it really is game over.
Frogger fail.
