Need Open Heart Surgery? There is an App for That!
My Motorolia Droid is like my Swish Army Knife.
It can
- Tell time
- Update Facebook/Twitter/This blog
- Play videos from Youtube/CBS/The Onion
- And basically flush the toilet for me just incase I forget.
I think I am forgetting something…oh yeah…..it can also call….(but who uses that feature????)
Now before we have an argument in the comment box about how the Iphone can do the same things, let me point out two key factors. First off I have a metal detector on my freaking phone, just for the moments where I feel like wandering the sandy beaches in Ohio for sunken pirate gold (and Iphone users cannot do that…HA). And secondly I can call using my right and my left hand without dropping a call. So what now Iphone 4 users????
Basically my phone can do everything. Like for example, right now if for some reason I saw a man fall to the ground and need open heart surgery, I could open up my phone and use my light saber app to cut open his skin, I would unleash Pacman out on his heart to eat away his heart blockage, and then close him back up with my post it note app. Then wash my hands and go on with the rest of my day.
In a world that can’t. Droid CAN.
